Whether you need to certify engineers to upload and format CAD files, sales reps to create customer-specific Jigs, or marketing managers to use Jigs for sales enablement and website embedding, we have a certification course for you.
Certification Levels
To ensure our customers are confident stepping into the world of spatial computing, we offer three levels of certification, each designed to match your team member needs and skill level.
Jig Certified Creator
Ideal For: Advanced users and superusers
Description: Designed for superusers who will be importing CAD files and creating detailed, interactive Jigs.
Contents:
- Importing and preparing CAD files
- Format and save models to team library
- Create step-by-step Jigs
- Utilize actions for interactivity
- Share Jigs for team-wide editing
Duration: 2 x 60-minute sessions
Assessment: 1 x Jig submission for review by JigSpace team
Jig Certified Editor
Ideal For: Intermediate users who need to make quick edits to existing presentations or use pre-made team templates.
Description: Teaches users how to make small edits to text, images, or the flow of a Jig, and share it immediately with their audience.
Contents:
- Edit text and steps
- Add images, videos, and other rich media
- Utilize the team object library and templates
Duration: 1 x 45-minute session
Assessment: 1 x Jig submission for review by JigSpace team.
Jig Certified Presenter
Ideal For: Beginners and general users
Description: Covers the best practices for presenting, sharing, and viewing Jigs, either with customers or internally within your team.
Contents:
- Access Jigs with or without the app
- Present Jigs on various devices
- Sharing options for different purposes
- Offline mode and best practices
Duration: 1 x 60-minute session
How to Earn Certification
- Contact us: Contact us about upgrading to an Enterprise license
- Schedule Training: Complete the required training modules with your customer success manager
- Submit a Jig: Submit a Jig for evaluation (required for editor and creator certifications).
Issuing your certificate
After successfully completing your certification, you will be issued with:
- a certification badge to add to your LinkedIn profile or CV to show to your peers and current employer
- a certificate of achievement is available upon request, confirming your skills have passed assessment.
If you are being certified as part of a team-wide program, we will also notify your team manager and admins.
Additional Support
We also offer administrative support for IT or operations employees, covering permission controls, user and content management, and security protocols.
