Do you offer free trials?

Yes! Try our Starter plan for free and explore the Pro features JigSpace has to offer. Get in touch with us to get started.

Can an individual get a Starter subscription?

Of course! Our accounts are open to anyone, so if you want to upgrade to a paid Starter subscription, you can do that at any time.

When do we need to pay?

Payment is not required for downloads of the JigSpace apps, creating an account, and using the Free account. Payment is required when you subscribe to a Starter or an Organization plan. An automated charge will be made every month, or year, depending on your subscription. For Organization plan subscribers, we have manual invoice and bank transfer payment options available.

Upon subscription to a Starter plan, you will immediately enter a 7-day free trial. Your nominated payment method will not be charged within these 7 days, and you have up until the close of day 7 to cancel your free trial, and prevent payment.

Can we cancel at any time?

You can cancel your subscription whenever you like. Please be aware that we don’t offer refunds for a billing period that you’ve already paid for. See Billing & Cancellation for more information.

What devices does JigSpace work on?

The JigSpace apps are available to download for iPhones, iPads, Macs, and Windows computers. Use the apps to create Jigs and to give your team access to your files and Jigs.

To view Jigs, the JigSpace apps are also ideal for this but are not required. With JigSpace’s Universal AR, Jigs can be viewed with or without the JigSpace app on any online cell phone, tablet, or computer. Jigs can be viewed in AR with any online cell phone or tablet.

Does my team need access to CAD software?

No. That’s the beauty of JigSpace. With team-based sharing, you can give your teammates permission to view and edit your Jigs directly in the app with no complicated coding or CAD software required.

Our interactive presentation software can be used on iPhones, iPads, Macs, and Windows computers, giving teams the freedom to review and update 3D content from anywhere.

What are Creator user types?

Creators are able to create and edit Jigs, and can manage content and organization permissions. You can also set team users as read-only 'Presenters'. Both user types count towards your team licensed user total.

Are you GDPR-compliant?

How safe is our data?

JigSpace is SOC2 compliant.

We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure, along with extra safeguards to ensure your data remains secure. You can learn more in our privacy policy.
