JigSpace has a limit of 1 free subscription per company or organization.
The free plan allows 2 users in a team to evaluate the platform and create 1 Jig each. Paid plans can power teams and organizations of all shapes and sizes. From freelancers and small businesses to large enterprises and universities.
How to join an existing team
To join an existing team on JigSpace, you will need an invitation from the team admin or a team manager. They can invite you by following these instructions.
Once you receive the invitation confirmation via email, log in to the JigSpace app with your email address and password.
If you are a member of more than one team, you can switch between teams by clicking on the Settings icon in the app and clicking next to your team name to switch teams.
After you log in you should be able to access the team's content.
Create a new account with existing domain
When creating a new account, you may receive the following message: “Your domain is in use by an existing team.”
If you know the owner of this existing team, forward these instructions to them so they can invite you to join their team.
If you wish for a new additional team to be created for your team or organization, you will need to chat to our customer support team and purchase a paid subscription.
Schools and universities
If you are a student trying to access JigSpace, please contact your teacher or faculty support to check if your school or university has an existing paid subscription to JigSpace so you can be added as a user.
