Embedding Jigs in Zendesk enables your customers to find and view 3D assembly instructions and technical documents directly in your help center or knowledge base.
Embed instructions
In the help article editor, click on the </> code icon at the top-right of an article page.
Navigate to the code-line area you want your 3D content to appear and paste in the iframe embed code for your Jig, then click Apply.
Once your article is ready to be published, click Save and then Publish.
Security Settings
To ensure your account security settings allow content from other websites, like the JigSpace iframe solution, go to: https://your-company.zendesk.com/hc/admin/general_settings.
Ensure 'Display unsafe content' is selected, then click Save.
