JigSpace is a powerful tool that lets you create stunning 3D presentations (we call them ‘Jigs’) with ease. You can create your own Jigs using the JigSpace app.
Paid plans unlock more Jigs and contain unlimited steps, and other advanced features like password protection, white labeling, and advanced creator tools.
Why create Jigs?

Who typically creates Jigs?
JigSpace is designed to be easy for almost anyone to create a 3D presentation or augmented reality experience. It all starts by uploading a 3D model or CAD file of your product. Your design or engineering team normally has access to these 3D files.
If you don’t have time to get started on our own, you can get a quote from us to create your first Jig for you, or we can refer you to one of our trusted agency partners.
How are Jig totals calculated?
If you are on a free plan, you can create 1 Jig at a time for a personal project. Free plans allow you to invite 1 other teammate to your account. If you wish to create more Jigs, you will need to upgrade to one of our paid plans or delete your current Jig to free up space.
If you create a presentation with more than three steps, you'll still be able to see all the steps in the editing workshop, but your viewers will only be able to see a preview of the first 3 steps. When you upgrade to a paid plan, you'll be able to unlock the full presentation length and share it with your audience.
Our paid plans offer unlimited steps, which means you can create presentations of any length, and your viewers or audience will be able to see all the steps in their entirety.
If you downgrade from a paid plan to the free plan and your presentations have more than three steps, they'll only be viewable as a preview with a maximum of three steps. This is because our free plan is designed to provide basic functionality, and is not meant to be a replacement for our paid subscriptions, which offer advanced features and unlimited presentation length.

Unlimited views
Jigs do not have a limit to how many times they can be viewed. For example a marketing team can embed a Jig into a website or on packaging, and get 100,000 views a month on them from customers. Or a sales person may share a Jig with a client and only get 2-3 views. This flexibility is designed to give you peace of mind when thinking of how you can implement JigSpace in your day to day operations.

Starter plan subscribers receive online onboarding, and a kick off onboarding call from our customer success team. Organization subscribers also receive a customized onboarding plan and ongoing support from our customer success team.
