To save time uploading raw CAD files, you can add saved objects from your Team objects library, or the Free objects library, directly into your Jig (3D presentation).
To add a 3D object to a Jig click the + button, to go to the library.
Add to Jig
Tap on the model you want to add to your Jig, then ‘Add to Jig’.
You will get a preview of the 3D object, its original file source CAD file, file size, and time it was last updated.
Add to multiple steps in presentation
If your existing Jig already has 2 or more steps, and you add in a 3D object, you will be asked if you want to ‘Also add to other steps?’.
By selecting one of these options, you will avoid having to insert multiple times, and ensures consistency in placement throughout your steps.
Options to add to other steps include:
- Copy to all previous steps
- Copy to previous step
- Copy to all steps
- Copy to step after this one
- Copy to all steps after this one.
