Pricing model
The JigSpace pricing model is based on additional features and additional user accounts.
Free accounts have limited JigSpace functionality and up to 2 user accounts for free to try our 3D presentation maker and design tools, and also preview your Jigs in our viewers. Our paid plans have several tiers, such as Starter or Enterprise, which gives teams more functionality and volume of Jigs, user accounts, and size of presentations. To view and compare functions, number of user accounts see our plans here.
User accounts and user roles
A user account is not for a specific user, and can be filled by any Creator or Presenter user at any time. You can swap out who ‘sits’ in a user account as much as you like with no change to your bill.
A creator is someone who can create or edit content in JigSpace. They can upload 3D files, manage team Jigs, and file permissions.
A presenter is someone who can view, present, and share Jigs from JigSpace. They have permanent access to team presentations or files shared with them from creators in the same team.
A team manager is a presenter or creator who is able to invite, add, or remove users to the team, and edit roles and permissions.
How subscription costs are calculated
Paid subscriptions are offered in a variety of configurations to suit the diverse needs of individuals, teams, and organizations, with pricing that varies based on a range of factors. Entry-level plans may be available on flexible terms, such as monthly or annual commitments, with longer-term agreements potentially including cost efficiencies. Pricing structures often depend on the number of users, the scope of access, and other considerations specific to the plan. For instance, smaller teams might incur costs aligned with baseline subscriptions, while incremental fees could apply as the team grows.
For more comprehensive needs, mid-tier offerings might provide expanded features and allowances, such as additional user seats or increased access to tools and resources. Pricing at this level may include a base rate complemented by per-user or usage-based adjustments. Organizations seeking these plans might find that the total cost reflects the scale and complexity of their operations.
At the highest level, bespoke enterprise solutions cater to larger entities with unique requirements. These tailored packages often encompass extensive user access, premium services, and the flexibility to negotiate terms that accommodate specific business goals. Factors like the number of users, duration of commitment, and any specialized services or integrations may influence the overall pricing structure. Discounts for volume or multi-year arrangements, as well as charges for additional services, might be part of the customized agreements.
Ultimately, subscription costs and features are designed to provide scalability and adaptability, ensuring that a wide range of users can find a solution that meets their needs.
