There are several ways you can share your 3D presentations with your team members using the JigSpace app. The ability to grant and restrict access at the tap of a button means easier collaboration and less effort sending everyone individual sharing links to your content.
Viewing Team Jigs
The easiest way to share your 3D presentations internally with your team is by sharing them with your entire team.
Anyone in your team can view this content when they navigate to the Team Jigs section in the desktop, iPad, or iPhone apps. You can set your Jigs to have private visibility (signed in only) or to anyone with the link can view.
Editing Team Jigs
One user can edit a Jig at a time.
To edit a Jig shared with your team, you need to be given edit access by the owner of a Jig. See more on this below.
You can see who owns a Team Jig to request access by clicking on a preview of the presentation and looking for the username of the ‘owner’.
Sharing with entire team
Sharing a presentation with your team has never been easier.
Tap on the Share button to bring up your sharing preferences, and toggle it to 'Share with entire team' (see 1 below).
The Jig now will be available for everyone in your team to view and present.
Sharing with specific users
To select individual users in your team with whom you want the Jig to be visible to, click on 'Manage access' (see 2 above). You can choose for them to be a viewer or editor of your 3D presentation.

Re-sharing Settings
Click on "Allow re-sharing" (see 3 above) to allow your team members to re-share your 3D presentation by generating 3D viewer iframe embed codes, QR codes, or sharing links to individuals outside of your team.
