Viewers of your 3D presentations can explode the 3D models in the JigSpace app. This is a quick and convenient way to separate, expand, and look inside complex 3D information or CAD files.
Using the exploded view slider
When viewing a Jig, tap on the {icon-more-settings.svg} and select the {icon-explode.svg} explode button.
The slider bar will increase or decrease the amount of distance between your exploded objects.
You can also view this in 3D mode, by tapping {icon-more.svg} and {icon-ar.svg} to switch to regular 3D mode and then following the steps above.
Enable exploded views on your Jigs
To enable this on your Jigs, open the settings panel {icon-information.svg} from the editor, and ensure the Allow exploded view is enabled, as below.
If you do not want viewers to explode your assemblies or see inside your 3D models, be sure to disable the setting.
Embed exploded views in a website
You can embed exploded views of CAD files in websites using JigSpace iframe code. This enables your viewers to interact or manipulate your content without leaving your website.
