Light waves range
Our eyes see in very tiny light diapason. According to the wave theory of light we know that light has nature of wave and behavior of electromagnetic wave. The wave's length define the color of visible light. We see in light spectrum from red to violet: all the colors we see, rainbow etc. But there are so many other light's ranges we don't see: infrared/ultraviolet ranges, radio/micro waves, X-rays, gamma rays. It would be incredibly cool to have this complicated jig like a light waves range which can explain how ALL the light's properties really looks. Also even what we see - it's actually different for each light from different star. There are dark absorption lines known as Fraunhofer lines(https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/2f/Fraunhofer_lines.svg) in the Sun's(and other stars) spectrum which really unique for each star. With a help of astronomical spectroscopy these Fraunhofer lines allow scientiests to define star's chemical composition. So there are so many interesting things to discover and simplify with visual explanation.
